Refund Policy

We aim to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If a refund is required, the following conditions apply:

Store Credits

We generally issue store credits for returned items which can be used for any future purchase. Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Cash/Bank Refunds

Direct refunds are only processed in cases of manufacturing defects that cannot be replaced or repaired by the brand's service center.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 working days through the original mode of payment (for digital transactions) or as decided at the store counter.

Cancellation

Orders placed for specifically sourced items (special orders) cannot be cancelled once the order is placed with the manufacturer.
