1. Pricing and Payments

All prices are inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept cash, UPI, and major credit/debit cards at our physical store. Online enquiries through WhatsApp do not constitute a final sale until payment is received.

2. Product Availability

Stock availability on the website is representative. We recommend contacting us via WhatsApp or Phone to confirm real-time stock at our Karol Bagh store before visiting.

3. Safety Standards

All helmets sold by us meet relevant safety standards (BIS/ISI). However, no helmet can guarantee absolute protection in all crash scenarios. Users are responsible for ensuring correct fitment and strap usage.

4. Usage of Accessories

Accessories like visors, bluetooth units, and locks should be installed as per manufacturer instructions. RideSafe Helmets is not liable for damages caused by incorrect installation by the user.
