Manufacturer Warranty
RideSafe Helmets is an authorized dealer for multiple brands. Warranty for each helmet (typically covering manufacturing defects only) is provided directly by the respective manufacturer (e.g., Steelbird, Studds, Vega, LS2).
What is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in the shell or inner liners.
- Faulty mechanisms (modular flip-up, visor clips) present at time of purchase.
- Stitching defects in padding.
What is NOT Covered
- Damages due to accidents or falls.
- Natural wear and tear of the padding or visor.
- Scratches from regular usage.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
How to Claim
Bring the original bill and warranty card (if provided) to our store. We will facilitate the process with the manufacturer's service center.
