Return Policy
"For hygiene and safety reasons, helmets once sold can only be returned under specific conditions."
Returns for Helmets
- Returns are accepted within 48 hours of purchase ONLY if the helmet is unused and labels/tags are intact.
- Helmets with even minor scratches on the shell or visor will NOT be accepted for return.
- Original bill is mandatory for any return or exchange request.
Returns for Accessories
- Gloves and jackets can be returned within 3 days for size exchange, provided they have not been used and original packaging is available.
- Electronic items (intercoms) cannot be returned once the seal is broken, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Inspection Process
All returned items undergo a strict quality check. If the item shows any sign of usage, road grime, or damage, the return will be rejected.
